Ordering and shipping

Your order will be shipped via PostNL and the shipping costs are €6.69 per package. Do you order for more than €39 and within the Netherlands? Then you will not pay any shipping costs. For shipments to Belgium we charge €7.95 per package.

We ship our packages from Monday to Friday. Order before 16:00? Your package will be shipped the same day! Orders received after 16:00 on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

** At temperatures above 25 degrees we may postpone shipping to ensure the quality of our products.

** During the holidays, the number of packages at our carriers increases enormously, just like at Georgie's itself. There is a chance, especially around the holidays, that your delivery will take a little longer than you expect from us. We ask for your understanding and to order your chocolate from us well in advance to avoid disappointment.

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email, as soon as we ship your order, you will receive another email with a track & trace code, with which you can track the status of your package on the website of the relevant carrier.

Check your spam or junk mail folder. If you don't find anything there, contact customer service to check if your order went through correctly.

You can check this via the track & trace link that you received by email. If not, please contact customer service for more information.

It is often still possible to change the delivery address as long as the package has not been sent. Contact customer service as soon as possible to discuss the possibilities.

Payment and invoicing

We accept payments with iDeal, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay & Shop Pay.

No, there is no invoice in the box. We will send you this digitally. We will add a packing slip to the order.

We have four standard subscriptions to choose from. Prefer something customised? Then create your personal subscription, completely tailored to your needs.

No, with us you are not tied to anything. All our subscriptions are 100% flexible. You can adjust, pause or cancel them at any time. Log in to your account and arrange it within a few clicks.

Managing your subscription

Very simple:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to 'My subscriptions'
  3. To do this, choose to stop, pause or adjust

Log in and go to 'My subscriptions' → 'Change subscription'. Here you can:

  • Change your details (such as your account number)
  • Adjust the composition of your subscription
  • Change the delivery date
  • Manage your subscription status

Go to 'Change subscription' in your account. There you can easily change your payment method.

Delivery and Emergency Orders

Log in to your account to view the planned delivery date. This way you know exactly when Georgie's Company will be back.

Don't worry! Log in and place an emergency order. If you order on a workday before 20:00, we will ship your coffee the same day.

  1. Log in and go to 'Adjust subscription'
  2. Click on 'Place emergency order'
  3. If necessary, adjust your composition (optionally also for future deliveries)
  4. We collect via your current payment method
  5. You will receive a confirmation with track & trace.
  6. Your subscription will then count again – for example 8 weeks until the next delivery

We will automatically debit the amount from your account five days before your next delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Once the order has been placed and paid, it can no longer be cancelled.

For food safety and hygiene reasons, the products cannot be returned.

Product information and storage advice

Store chocolate in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The ideal temperature is between 12°C and 20°C.

On our filled boxes of chocolate you will find a label with the expiration date. This is usually at least 6 months upon receipt. For the chocolate of your choice this is usually 3 months after receipt.

The chocolate products from Georgie's Chocolate are extremely suitable to give as a gift. Choose one of our fixed selections of chocolate or put together a delicious box to give away! This can be a one-off or even in a subscription to surprise them again every month.
